ONLY when instructed by a United Youth Aviator Director you will submit a video no more than 1min. no less than 30 sec.

- Your full name
- What City and Neighborhood you live in.
- Tell us briefly " WHY I WANT TO LEARN HOW TO FLY"
Step 2
Once we receive your video entry and you are approved, You will then receive the necessary paperwork to continue the process.
